HELLO!!!!! the other day in like december or so i saw a cool ass jam (hehoho) and i figured i could make a VN for it... and it is here...

You should totes read it i quite like how it came out even though i got a bit busy the last few days. LOL. i mean the jam was totally chill about these things i couldve easily just submitted it like next week instead but you know how i act about these...

!!! It is the longest ive worked on a game so far i THINK, seeing as the other jams ive joined have been like ~1 month or a few weeks long.... Yet it feels somehow similar in scale, isnt that weird?! Well im a fulltime student right now!! AND i have a job!! AND a lot of things in life... so honestly i didnt expect to be making games any time soon at ALL so im happy that the jam made me change my MIND. something about it just clicked you know...

what if there was another one but like probably not

This time i want to confront my issue that is: I always forget about game project i make .. Yes I put my heart and soul in it for the short duration that ive developed any.. But then i forget. I keep saying, if you put a gun to my head and ask me to tell you wtf happens in like, WORLD-END-HEART-GIRL I would not have an answer for you. This is interesting because someday ill be so detached that i can probably just play it like it wasnt even made by me, which sounds kind of fun. BUT...

i like these girls now... i dont really necessarily WANT them to end up in the charlie-forgetful-brain-hell with the others. Well, without spoilers, i think this is a little... It doesnt feel ready!!! it feels like a Part One or a prequel or somethinggggg! read it and you might know what i mean...

WELL this isnt a promise so dont look back on it. But it might be fun to make a "SEQUEL" or something. Im not sure! maybe?

ren'py is a little fun

yeah it is my first renpy vn :3333 im not planning to completely ditch rpgm. if there was a "SEQUEL" to this, it'd be on ren'py, but otherwise i think ill stick with rpgm. but renpys nice! i like a lot of things about it. this is like the easiest learning curve a game engine could have im sure... the gui stuff used to piss me off but it clicked too + i kind of just accepted that its FINE if it "looks like a renpy game". I dont know why that bothered me at some point. But the menus pretty GOOD so why should i worry about changing it so much? yeah?????

art magazine DOEN version!?!

yeah im alr too lazy to write out Dreams of Endless Nights sorry... btw even though ive been on-and-off making this for like three months, i came up with the name Yesterday. this always happens

ANYWAY i will 10000% probably make another 1 dollar art magazine kind of thing for this. I made one for love memory mimic remember!! its fun to have i think. i have a bunch of planning docs + sketches + beta design kind of stuff + unused sprite expressions AND i could make a few illustrations for it... I think... but probably not yet, ill let people read it a bit first :3

does this seem disjointed? that would be because i havent slept well this week (not completely this projects fault #dont worry) and its also 5 am right now so do forgive me

anyway its really nice of you to stick with me... i never have a good sense of how many people are going to play something when i upload it and i dont really care but its nice to see theres always at least few people who get excited about it.... so nice.... zzzzzz ok yeah ill go to sleep now
